Product Information

Our cookies are homemade in a home kitchen and have a rustic, imperfect charm — no two cookies look exactly the same.
They contain eggs, gluten, and are prepared in an environment where nuts are present. Please check for allergens carefully before ordering.

Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with compromised packaging, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing order@chiqeecookies.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damaged packaging and product

Once reviewed, we will offer a refund or replacement for the damaged items, subject to verification.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged items with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds will be based on the amount paid after discounts.
  • We cannot accept claims for dissatisfaction or allergies after purchase.
  • All other sales are final.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers. Refunds for damaged items will be based on the final amount paid.

Delivery & Shipping

We use Courier Guy to deliver your orders safely and promptly.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on your location and Courier Guy’s schedule. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Once your parcel is handed over to Courier Guy, Chiqee Cookies is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
  • Damaged Packages: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If damaged, notify both Courier Guy and us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
  • Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional redelivery fees may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chiqee Cookies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
